Self Photo at my age 50 by Mark Edward Westerfield ... at this time I worked out 9 hours a week ... walked / jogged 25 miles a week at the track ... drank a gallon of water 5 days a week (when I worked out) ... took 22 GNC supplements a day (vitamins, minerals) ... Could do 300 decline push ups in 15 minutes ... thousands of non-stop stomach semi crunches ... I never did smoke cigarettes ... was never much an alcohol beverage drinker ... looked about my best ever in my life ... but, worked too many hours to have any social life. Was single and alone. Took the photo with my webcam with a string of rope lights around the monitor for best soft look. Age 50! I tanned way too much! Steve Sonnemaker (since passed) called me "the veritable Fountain of Youth". I never had a webcam until my age 50. I worked out regularly all through my 40s into age 50. But, at my age 50 1/2 my job began working me even more intense and insane exhausting overtime hours ... was too much to try to keep up my workouts. 12 hour shifts every other week. Weekends. And never knew how much over time the alternate weeks. Could never depend on any free time to schedule anything else nor have any social life nor any relationship. Then, a year later, lost my job due to plant closing after having worked there 30 years ... ages 21 - 51. Then, took government grant to go to Illinois Central College 2004 2005 where I graduated 2005 top of my class President's Honour List with highest possible math placement and rare high geometry score. Then, began working at XPAC at my age 53 December 2005 (where SC2 Airport now is doing exactly same work as I do there now). At my age 50 Gay.com put me into their Top 50 Hottest Hunks ... one of the judges was the famous Anna Nicole Smith who saw my photos and wrote me a note on my gay.com profile ... who I then at the time had no idea who she was (she was about age 35 when I was 50). Later she was on front page news a lot as her son died, then she died, then her daughter was fought over by her ex boyfriends. I am now age 67 1/2 as I write this ... I have outlived many ex coworkers and some of my ex boy friends and girl friends. I have worked some 50 years. (am writing all this in 2020). My total income has been something over two million bucks. Would like to know where it all went.
