This amazing roaring lion image on this cool flask is a soft pastel lion painting that's part of my wildlife collection of paintings. The title of the original painting is "I Am King!" because this lion is such a wonderful example of a big cat, but I felt he was a sad creature too and yet still he reigns with poise and dignity. I tried to show the emotion in his soulful eyes, but it’s his wonderful lions mane that I enjoyed painting more than anything else, well, actually, I loved painting every bit of this wonderful lion king.
