    A colorful and comfortable Yoga Mat with the representation of all the Seven Chakras, each one with a different colored White Mandala, united in a Rainbow palette. The 7 Chakras are the energy centers in our body in which energy flows through. Each color represents a different energy. The word 'chakra' is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning 'wheel'.     On the face of it, looked brilliant but wasn’t sure about the foam style. After using it, seems much more comfortable than my normal yoga mat at 5-6mm deep. I bought this to practice pop ups and surf stances and with my dodgy knees it’s perfect. High quality print, not your usual Mat, memory foam style
