This design features the national flag of Seychelles (officially known as the Republic of Seychelles), which is an archipelagic island country in the Indian Ocean. It is located at the eastern edge of the Somali Sea. Seychelles consists of 115 islands. Victoria is the capital and largest city of Seychelles: it is just less than 1,000 miles east of mainland Africa.
