For this Sgoil Gàidhlig Bhaile an Taigh Mhòir was born in a wee alehouse in Baltimore nigh on 10 years ago, from a small cluster of friends who gathered weekly to learn the Scottish Gaelic language (and drink beer). It is our mission to this day to educate eager Gàidhlig learners from across the country and North American continent, with the aim of building such a community and reclaiming this vanishing tongue.
