Love the product but found the website a bit frustrating. It would be nice if there was a design tutorial for first time users. I placed two orders in one week. Both orders came back rejected because I did not know that if the back of the card came with verbiage already on it, you had to indicate if you are okay with the standard verbiage. Because I did not know this, both of my orders were rejected for processing and therefore delayed at least a day. I was already on a really tight time frame for getting the cards on a certain date, so the delay was an unhappy surprise. It would be much better if, when you placed the order, it was checked for errors that would keep the order from being processed and would prompt you to make the needed corrections before the order could be accepted. Since, like a lot of people, I only have time to internet shop on nights and weekends, there was no one to call with questions. I had no idea how long processing time was from time of order, so I really didn't have a clue to whether or not I could get the postcards on time. I placed the order, prepared to call the next morning to cancel if the time frame could not be met. That said, I kept watching the orders status on the web and when one of them fell behind the 24-48 hour processing window I was quoted, I made a phone call. It actually took 2 phone calls, but Zazzle upgraded the shipping at no charge to me to meet my deadline. I was so happy to get everything in time for our party! Printing turned out great! I will use this service again; I love the idea of customizable product. We were having a send off party for a friend going to Alaska, so I selected a bunch of different Alaskan wildflower postcards, put each guest's name on the front of the card (in letters to complement the flower colors) and used the postcards as the placecards on the dining table. As an extra touch, the guests each wrote their names and address on the back of the cards and their personalized cards have started arriving back from our friend in Alaska!

I've had lots of compliments for my Save The Dates - very pleased with my purchase. Great print quality, colours were exactly like the photos online.

I could not be happier, worth every single penny! Much better quality than expected considering the price that we paid! I could believe the quality of the printing when they arrived, everything was beautiful.
