Stains in coloured tones, predominantly cleary grey and clear blue hue, with digital roughness that resemble some shine or reflection of water or scratched metal with a some smooth silvery parts. - I made other similar versions of this drawing, below the visible image there are other with different colours, you can use the site's options to delete the first image and so the image under it will be visible, and the colours of any of the images you can highlight or change shades if you use image filters(available on the website).
