I think it's a good product and service. I had to deal with trying to change the text which was a difficult experience. There is no tangible way or person to talk to, to make a change immediately after draft was submitted. I felt anxious as I felt ignored. The change was made as I went along, but I would have welcome an easier way of making the change and altering it with support initially, rather than it feeling like a struggle.
Now, I have received the business cards that I am proud of. I have already covered it fully.
