On the back, the default text colour is black, but you can change the colour and size of the text to suit your style, and you can also change the font. When you edit the card for your own details, you might change the wording of some text or simply delete without replacing text that you don't need. you might for example change 'are getting married' to 'are tying the knot', etc. The background on the back is set as transparent to let the colour of the paper simply serve as the base tone, but you can edit this and choose a specific background colour if you prefer. Instead of entering your own wedding website address, you might use that space for a different message. And of course you can also delete all of our sample text on the back and leave the message part of that side of the card totally blank and then hand write your own message later after you receive the cards. The default paper type, matte, has a soft warmth to it and resists smudging, so it's a great choice for writing your own message, if you choose to do that.
