Sleeping Beauty Fairy Tale Romantic Valentine Card
The 19th century German artist Wilhelm Jordan (1871-1927) is known for his fantasy illustrations. The art nouveau nature of his pictures could remind the viewer of other artists of that era, such as the British illustrator Aubrey Beardsley. The front of this elegant black and white card features my remastering of Jordan's 1901 illustration of the German fairy tale known to the world as "The Sleeping Beauty." We also offer this card in this collection without the front banner, in case you just want the picture to frame. Customise the messages on the inside and outside as you wish. My notes on the painting appear on the back of the card.
