I recently saw two events on separate days, that really stood out in my mind. On my way to work one morning, I saw a racoon start to cross the street and stop because I was driving by. Mine was the only car on the road. A month or two later, near a middle school, I saw 2 kids run across the road with CARS GOING BOTH WAYS to get to their parent's car. The back of the vehicle had 5 bumper stickers about honour students on it. The Racoon knew to stop and wait for traffic to pass before crossing the road. The Honour Students did not.
