Snake's Eye Baby Bodysuit
The name 'Janome' (Snake's Eye) is derived from the pattern resembling a snake's eye, but its original form is a 'Tsurumaki' (a coil for storing bowstrings) that samurai used during battles. After donning armor, it was attached to the left waist, hung from the waist strap of the 'Ebira' (quiver). (According to 'Kamon no Jiten' by Takasawa et al.) / Tsurumaki is a leather or wicker bow accessory used to coil bowstrings, worn by samurai at their waist as a ring, resembling a snake's eye. Later, due to its resemblance to a snake's eye, it was referred to as the 'Janome' crest. (According to 'Nihon no Monsho' edited by Ito Kosaku)

Her Daddy who played guitar and looked after her since she was born, baby now 18 months, died of fatal heart attack recently.
