Snow By Suzuki, Harunobu. Yuki Print shows a courtesan, walking in the snow with two young female attendants carrying a parasol, and a male servant carrying a large parasol; the man appears to be barefoot, the women are wearing geta. He was an innovator, the first to produce full colour prints in 1765, rendering obsolete the former modes of two and three colour prints. Harunobu used many special techniques, and depicted a wide variety of subjects.
