Notebook features original portrait artwork of a younger version of the iconic Sojourner Truth. Born Isabella Baumfree, Sojourner Truth (circa  1797 – 1883) is best known for her 'Ain't I A Woman?' speech. She escaped slavery with her infant daughter in 1826, becoming an activist for African-American civil rights and women's rights. Here, she is 'getting her flowers,' adorned with a colourful floral crown. Note: customisable/removable text.
