A commissioned piece. Traditional Hawaiian Ikaika warrior, with pueo and lauhala tattoos, and U.S. Army Soldier ready for battle. Ikaika warrior, then and now. Pueo feathers represent wisdom and perseverance. Lauhala for bonded strength amongst Soldiers. Shark teeth represent the Fighters and Infantry. 2 rows of triangles represent spear heads for warriors, and the checker pattern on the ribs represent the bond of the Unit - The 299 Infantry Battalion. I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame. This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again. One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up. Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font. Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
