It took FOREVER for these to come in, but I understand - it was a custom order. The company was helpful and offered to two-day ship it for us, but could not guarantee faster shipping because that would mean sacrificing quality. I can respect that business model. The paper was a good high quality and they are well made, but the description is a bit misleading. The gold insert we selected is not actually "sparkly", but is actually just a printed picture of gold glitter. Not "sparkly" at all. very beautiful invitation. perfect color and paper. you can do as you prefer. all fiends new very surprised and they complimented with us. perfect quality. there was a problem with Italian courier but Zazzle helped me

The design of these envelopes is really pretty, but I had several issues with the quality. About half of them had a strange line that looked like dried glue, one had noticeable folds or seams that seem to be a printing malfunction, and another envelope was actually stuck together so badly that I had to rip it to get my invitation inside. I’m disappointed, especially since I can’t return them due to needing to send out my invitations quickly.
