First time purchasing. I loved the gloss and overall quality of the postcards from Zazzle they are even better in person. My mom say them and loved them. We placed a second order as soon as we received the first ones!! ;^). Printing and customizing excellent! It looked like it was meant to be that way not something I wanted to have done.

wrong item sent and had to reorder....posted wrong item back to you but don't think I ever got a refund. Item when received very nice and sent to a friend whose horse had died. .
