They saw that guy coming from a mile away. Clean slacks, button down shirt, looks like a city slicker, an easy mark. That smug look on his face when he misses a shot. Then the betting starts, and he's like, sure, bring it on.
And they brought it on, and they wiped the floor with the guy, leaving him only with the shirt on his back, because its an ugly shirt, and they didn't want it.
Meanwhile the guys in the back know what's going to happen, and they just let it happen. Its why they come here, its a place to relax and watch people play pool.
