Was very happy initially with the product and how quick it got here. Unfortunately, I dropped the ornament, (my fault, no one else) and it broke. I re-ordered it along with 2 more ornaments and it indicated that it would arrive by December 9th. I needed it by the 11th so was happy that it would get here on time. It is now the 14th and I have not received the order. The order # O-3GB69216R04848539. The first ornament I received was perfect. Had I not dropped it, it was a great hit with the young man I got it for. Printing was good design was good.
