Spring Daffodils White Yellow Narcissus Flowers Mug

A bouquet of spring daffodils with ruffled yellow trumpets and delicate white petals, a couple of slim green leaves, against a background circle of natural green with a sage green border, and a warm yellow background colour. Daffodils are also known as narcissus, Lent Lily, daffadowndilly or jonquil. They are the firest flowers of spring, sprouting when the sun warms the earth, growing eagerly, opening their beautiful blossoms for the early spring pollinators. Daffodils come in many colours including bright yellow, orange, white and a combination of the above. These pretty flowers, as well as their early-blooming companions like crocus and tulips, are with us only for a few weeks and are gone by summer. Daffodils represent growth and prosperity, domestic bliss, friendship, affection, rebirth and renewal, faith and hope. Daffodils or narcissus are from the Amaryllis family.
