Ah, the wisdom of the saints ... patient progress is pretty much the remedy for all that we bother ourselves and others with, and nobody loved people better than St. Francis de Sales. Hint- do not send this card to the scrupulous. They will completely ignore the "be patient with yourself" part and set themselves upon the "instantly set about remedying them (faults)" like a dog on a bone.
