This design features the state flag of Wisconsin, which is located in the Midwest and Great Lakes regions of the United States. The state capital of Wisconsin is Madison, and its largest city is Milwaukee. The state is one of the nation's leading dairy producers and is known as "America's Dairyland". It is also known as the "Badger State". The state flag of Wisconsin features the state's coat of arms on a blue background; it also shows text containing the name of the state and the year 1848, which was the year that Wisconsin was admitted to the Union.
