I ordered this as a Christmss gift on 12/2/20. As of today 12/22/20 not received I'm very disappointed.

Very nice gift! The pictures look great :). The only reason the order was received later than expected was due to USPS delays at Christmas time - not due to the initial shipping date.

Color of the pictures was perfect.

Printing was perfect. Clear and exactly as expected.

I ordered this Dec 6, it was supposedly shipped out and due to arrive Dec 15, it’s now Dec 21 and still no package. I email and an automatic email comes back saying it will take 1-2 days for someone to respond! $24 out but lesson learned, very disappointed.

I wasn't able to get it by Christmas but that really wasn't the problem. When I saw that the shipping was double the cost of the item I thought I canceled the order, but no, I'm getting it anyway. I didn't see a size given for the ornaments so I hope it's not as small as it looks in the picture next to the tree branch.

I haven't received it yet and didn't want to in the first place.

I love the vibrancy of the colors and the size of the tray! I thought the image would have been directly printed on the acrylic, so I was surprised to see it was just stuck on, but all in all, great!

This order got stuck in a Mailing Hub for over 4 days while in transport. The Customer Service Group and I tracked it. We both felt like it was lost and would not make it in time. The customer Service Group is excellent, stayed on it everyday until delivery and my order is here for Christmas. I would recommend this Company to anyone. Great job. A little dark. Should have been deeper in the colors. But great product.

The ornament looks great. The only problem is I provided the wrong address and picture. I cannot believe I did this. Any chance I can get a replacement by Christmas?????

It is fine except the font on the address is a little small.

I love that there was enough space to include information on my son’s degree, college, graduation date, etc. I also included a personalized message on the back side. I haven’t seen one like this before and am very happy with it.

The design and printing was perfect.

This one was different then the other one I ordered. I didn't realize this was a photo behind plastic. I thought it would be like the other one I order of my son. It was nice but not as nice as the picture on the ceramic. I am not even sure how I didn't notice the difference in printing.

Good for what it was.
