I had a 5x7 bicycling picture I want to frame for our refrigerator. This item headlines 5x7, but it does say "fits 4x6 photos" at the end of the description - my bad for not noticing that. So, can't say they didn't warn me but when I search for frames I'm using the photo size to search on - the actual size of the frame is an unknown. Kinda like a "gallon" bottle that really only holds 60 oz of liquid...

The green I selected on screen looked more like black in the delivered product. Worse, I selected white for the text, which looks great - but that did not cause the bicycles on the lower right and left to turn white. So, you can barely see them - it really does not look like a bicycle frame, just a frame. That is probably something I missed, but I don't remember having a chance to change the color of the bicycle art on the frame.

They are great. Good quality and the entire process from order to delivery was seamless.

Product looked great. I bought Mr. & Mrs. tags to put on luggage I bought for a bridal shower for of course the bride and groom and everyone thought they were adorable as well as a great idea. We even used the brides suitcase to fill with travel necessities so it was easily recognizable.

Printing and quality of the product was great. It's thick so it'll be fine with all the wear and tear our luggage pieces receive during traveling.

This is probably the best luggage tag I own. Not only did I create it myself, but it's well made. The tag itself is durable and I love that I was able to have my name and phone number printed on the back. The strap may be a little wishy-washy, but I can always find a better strap so I won't lose my tag.

This is my 3rd luggage tag I have had customized and they all have looked great. The leather strap has held up well and tags haven't gotten lost yet!

We ordered this product for a work event. We ordered approximately 15 of the name plates and they turned out great! The only thing that we didn't realize is it's more of a heavy plastic than glass. But they look very sophisticated and modern and are worth the price!

I have given this product a 5 star rating and would recommend it to anyone. I have received my tags and am most impressed with the quality of workmanship. I have put them on my luggage, but they haven't taken a trip yet. I chose colors that would enhance my bags and was not disappointed. I have no doubt that they will serve me well for years to come.

The material was thicker than expected so, it appears sturdy. My vacation occurred before they were ordered. I would've loved to have these for the trip! I was able to change the background color to my desired color & it turned out so beautiful; and the print & color of my name is equally pretty! I love being able to change the colors in all sections with ease.

Looks exactly as designed. Printed out perfectly. No muted colors.
