The text was left off of the luggage tag. I contacted customer support but I received no reply.

I paid extra for early delivery and this item never arrived at its destination. This was a purchase for my wedding couple, and I have no idea where it is now and if they will ever be able to receive it.

For the price I did not think the quality was going to be so outstanding, it’s definitely worth every penny. I went to a lot of different websites and this one was the quickest too. It takes a while since it has to be custom made but it’s worth the wait when you see how impressive the quality is

It was a gift for an outgoing member of our lodge. He was very surprised and pleased with his gift.

On the first trip using these new luggage tags, one fell apart and the clear back for the address card just fell off while I was putting it on my bag. I used super glue to reattach it. Then after my trip, the other lugggae tag was just missing when I picked up my bag. Somehow it fell off. I assume the little strap just broke. They are so cute and I'm very disappointed that I lost one. I don't know if I should buy a replacement or not. Still deciding.

It arrived in time for Christmas although wasn't expected that soon. My husband was touched by the message.

Ordered 12/23….still waiting! Tracking says it will be the end of January!

I made the purchase for my daughter’s 40th birthday. I was very pleased with the clarity of the photos.

I expected the cat picture to be on both sides, and it's just on one. Gave it as a gift to someone, and she was fine with it. But not to my expectation.
