The first item I received was defective, but was replaced with promptly with no hassle. I am very pleased.

The original item had a white line through the middle of the printing, but the replacement was perfect.

The luggage tag was much nicer and more well made than expected. Its heavierr than anticipated which is good so will last longer. It looks great on my daughters new luggage and she's very excited.

I got this for our son who is in college and travels back and forth to school. Instead of having him fill out those paper tags in the airport, etc. he has his personalized ones. He also uses one on his backpack.

Looks great. I have a little concern about durability. Airline baggage handlers are rough so I'm hoping this product is up to the task! Leathers strap / buckle doesn't appear overly sturdy.

This ornament was perfect for my nephew who played on a travel soccer team this year for the first time. I loved being able to personalize the color, team name, number, and add a picture. It was a big hit with my nephew and his mom.

The product looked great. I was expecting it to be printed on a ceramic ornament, but it was printed on what I think was photo photo mounted between acrylic shaped like a jersey, So the color was vibrant and the picture looked great.
