Placed the order Nov 29, the item was shipped Dec 2. It is Jan 3 today and I still have not received it :(

My daughter and her family moved to a new house so everyone received new luggage tags for Christmas! They were a BIG HIT! So fun and well made.

The ornament was a high-quality acrylic material, and the pictures showed up well.

This ornament was a gift. The recipient was very happy! The ornament was nicely made and packaged. I ordered it knowing it may not arrive before Christmas, even though it was scheduled to, I received it before Christmas! This ornament gift, needless to say, was a big hit. This ornament is so precious... our very well loved family member crossed the rainbow bridge just before Thanksgiving 2024, and this is a beautiful way to keep him with us.

I ordered 2 personalized luggage tags and only received 1 in my shipment. I communicated with Zazzle and was informed a replacement was processed. I have heard nothing since Dec. 19. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my newly engaged niece. The one I received was great. I was upset that my order was not correct, but very disappointed in the follow up.

I used the cute red truck design for our annual personalized ornaments that we give grandma. The ornaments were printed well and the ribbon for hanging is plenty long. Very happy with my purchase. Shipping took a while but the package came a day before we needed them.
