HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Didn’t get product on time. Not even close!! FOR CHRISTMAS! I chose Zazzle bc I looked at the production time and then the shipping time and even added in a cushion; I did NOT order last minute. And STILL, Zazzle couldn’t deliver. I reached out early when the product didn’t come. I kept every communication and every step made for Proof. They DONT CARE!! Offered me some stupid discount on future spending with Zazzle. Like that does anything but give them more profit. Certainly doesn’t resolve the issue. Like they can’t access over night shipping for ZAZZLE’S MISTAKES?! Please. If they cared, they would have made an effort to resolve instead of throwing stupid stuff at me in hopes it will be ok. Effort from Zazzle would have resolved their error. But no.

Great service love the product!

This was a great product for an internal Awards event. Nadja R's brilliant graphic design work was mocked up digitally and then printed onto very high quality materials. I had a bespoke set of requirements and a really tight deadline and Zazzle came through. The end result was a real talking point for the Awards event and the base also not only helped with the stability, but it also looked like it had a light inside when the Show lights hit the Awards Trophies at certain angles. Thank you Nadja and Zazzle.

I was wondering what I could give my children to remember their dad each Christmas as he passed earlier this year. This ornament was the perfect answer!! Thank you.

The key chain itself wasn’t the quality I thought it should be.

The cover has a very clear and bright image. They adjusted the image so that my favorite part of the painting was not affected by the cutout. I tried to upload an image (which I have done many times in my reviews) but I was not allowed to go to my photos.

The quality turned out great. I had no idea it would be made of such durable material. Really a great value.

Second order was correct . Didn’t know how to return the first one that was wrong on the reverse side

I ordered two ornaments with two different names. I received two ornaments, both with the same name. I then ordered this as a replacement. Two weeks later and I still have not received it.

Haven't received my order. Originally says the 12th, then the 10th and when you track it there has been no updates in 5 days.

I ordered these ornaments for our new house that we will move into 2025. I really like these ornaments they are exquisite. I also personalized it on the back – with the color I wanted and the font I wanted to use. I put my name on it that my husband calls me "Lee" and "Mr. T"

I bought this for my granddaughter who is 19 years old and driving, obviously. I put a picture of her dog on the keychain so the dog would be with her all the time. I think it came out pretty good. It will be for Christmas 2024
