A piece of junk. With $8.28 shipping & tax, it cost $23.33. it probably will cost me more to return this piece of junk.

Totally my fault, but I did not realize this was not actually metal. Printing was very precise and accurate. The tags are extremely thick and high quality. I’ll be ordering from elsewhere because I wanted a sleeker look but they do provide a quality product.

The red color on the ornament looked like their printer was almost out of ink. I told them and also sent a pic, they did respond quickly saying they would replace it, put a rush on it & send it out in 2-3 days. It has been 15 days with no signs of it. Guess I should have bought from another site. My bad.

I ordered a double sided key chain, not sure if this was a mistake but I assume double-sided with the selection I made, would mean the same image on both sides. Mine was not this, maybe it was packaging mistake, but maybe should be more clear on what the 2nd side is image wise.

They sent me the wrong item & blame me for ordering it this way, even though I have confirmation emails with pictures of what it SHOULD say. Rather than replacing the item as it was ordered, they want to offer a partial Zazzle credit. No. That is not working for me.

The font is not appropriate for every personalized desk plate. Sometimes the letters don't show up completely and I think whoever makes this should add the option to modify the font so all letters are clear.
