The tray is a very nice quality for the price - I bought two trays for two different couples. The one with 8 letters in the name looked much better than the one with 4, but what is one to do? It's a great gift for young couples who love wine!!

I wanted something for our Bible study discussion leader and this was perfect. I thought the design would be imprinted onto plastic but it's sandwiched between clear acrylic boards. Hopefully that will help the design resist scratching or fading.

All you need is a clipboard and you instantly look productive. But mine makes me laugh too because the inside pic is a funny shot of my dog and the outside pic (that the public can see) is a lovely view that I shot. It' just a great little tool to keep all your bits of paper together and provide a flat surface for writing. Love this gift for myself.

Printing of photos is beautiful: good color and lovely matte finish.

I was worried that the ink would not be clear enough to read since the text I chose was small, but it showed up exactly how it did in the online picture. However, it was not as sturdy as I thought it would be. It was more hollow on the inside. Also, I guess I didn't pay much attention to the dimensions listed online because it was bigger than I expected.

the clipboard itself was even better than i expected. i originally wanted a clear acrylic, but this light white looks so nice.

I received my Luggage tags they are really beautiful, however one of the two that I've received so far is scratched, I call customer service at Zazzle after being on hold for 35 minutes they want me to take a picture I took the picture but I am having problems attaching the picture, so now I'm in limbo don't know what's going to happen next. The second tag was perfect I love it!

The printing was great the entire tag was, however is scratch and is taking me a lot of my time trying to resolve, the second tag that I got was perfect and I love it waiting for the 3rd tag.

Got this for my new daughter in law with her new name on it! She is a teacher and will get good use out of it.

I planned on giving this personalized gift to my mother for Mother's Day. I uploaded a painting that my 5 year old made and put her contact info on the back. But to my dismay, when the tag is flipped over the writing on the opposite side is upside down. I realize this may sound like a small detail, but when I spend a lot of money on a luggage tag, I expect it to be done correctly. If you examine any other luggage tags, you'll find that picture orientation and the writing are in the same way. I would return it, but then it will be late for Mother's Day. Bummer.

The writing and the the picture were clear. Just in the wrong direction.

This is a nice quality tag with a leather strap. I love that I can customize colors & front for my friends.
