The gold clasp on the strap was broken in 2. After closely looking at it I realized the clasp was very cheap! I didn’t have time to mail it back, as it was a gift, so had to buy a luggage tag and replace using the strap on the one I bought. I can’t believe you didn’t see the broken piece before making!!

Great looking and good quality.

It was heavier than expected and a little sharp around the edges but I like it. I also ordered black folders with my logo but it was never delivered. I even received a request to review it but it takes me to the 404 page. I have loved these in the past and would really like to get them again.

They are basically all good - on a couple of them, however, the text isn't centered - it's too close to the edge.
