I never received this item When was it supposed to be delivered?

They want me too write a review!!! I get emails to write about my order. When they send it to me I will write. I’ve been waiting and it said it was shipped from January 22… ups hasn’t pick it up yet. Im waiting on 2 orders

The original promised arrival date was missed. The band was very difficult to adjust to fit my wrist and took a watch maker in order to get it done which was additional cost.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered this watch back in January and still have not received it. I have emailed Zazzle twice and both times received a message that Zazzle would respond within 24 hours. Have never heard anything from Zazzle. I think this is a bogus company just out to take your money!

In all honesty I wouldn't recommend it. The first one came with blisters on the image, although it was quickly replaced by customer services. It doesn't feel like a £50 watch, feels more novelty, plus it arrived with battery already going, so who knows how long that will last. Strap is rock hard, bending it to get it supple enough to use cracks it. All in all, if you want to spend £50 on a bit of fun then do, but otherwise I'd recommend putting images on other products.

The custom design watch is great since the photo is of my favorite pets. The only problem was that the 1st order was lost, which delayed the birthday gift for the intended person.

Have not received the watch yet.

After talking with Zazzle rep, found out it was lost. While a new one has been ordered as a replacement, I still haven't received it yet. No word from you all on where my order is, no word from you on an apology for losing my order and no word from you on how it was lost or why. Terrible service and no product equals business disaster.

I really like the quality of the watch. It’s lovely, but I’m a bit disappointed that the face of the watch wasn’t made the same colour. I wanted a vibrate bottle green background, as seen in the second photo, but I got a black background or extremely dark green. It’s still great and my son will love it, but it wasn’t what I ordered, which was a shame

I ordered this watch in January. It's February 17 and it still hasn't arrived. Where is my watch?

I was just able to wear the watch after having it for a couple weeks. The band was too large and there were no instructions on how to reduce it. I had to take it to a watch repair place to reduce the band size. I wore it for one day washing my hands a couple times never submerging in water only water splashes next thing I know the watch is not working and the custom picture is ruined. I would like a replacement or refund

The watch is really awesome. Really what I wanted for my grandson. He is a dragon ball fan.

My husband loved his birthday watch! The picture looked great! The outer ring on the watch moves very easily which could be a problem if someone were actually using it for minutes. I wish I could have had a mesh/ss band rather than leather but it looks great! I'm so glad I was able to do this as a souvenir of his Antarctica trip.

I like the product. Is there a smaller version? If so I might purchase a 2nd one.If I can get a discount I might purchase a 2nd one anyway.Please respond

I love the watch. I am obsessed with time & this is the perfect way to see my daughter again. Once this watch stops, I will get another, with a different picture of her. Thank you very much.
