the diary was torn in transit, it was supposed to be a gift and was cancelled b/c of its poor condition. it was time sensitive, couldn't order a new one

I am extremely disappointed with this product. I assumed that this would come complete instead of trying the impossible task of finishing this puzzle. After 3 days of attempting this, I have finally given up realising there is a piece missing!! Surely, with the majority of pieces being plain white, the back of the pieces could have been numbered, or a least a different colour. I thought I was purchasing a piece of art for our special day but instead have bought stress. We are getting married in 2 weeks and there is no way that we would have this finished in time.

Great quality. My memory book came in a beautiful box for storage.

It came out so cute the picture is not that blurry, i adjusted it and made it clear just in case! The pages are amazing, adjusting the book how i want it is so easy! When you buy it comes with a cute case protector for it. Worth it!

The picture does not extend all the way to the edges which is how I thought I had designed it. Either the design proof didn't reflect my design or the product wasn't made to my specifications.

The faces were cut off on the bottom 3 pictures, even though I was careful to leave a bit of buffer space.

nice item removed a star due to extrodinarily high shipping cost. they want you to pay $20 foe select item free shipping or $50 for free shipping on all items for a year. I don't order from dazzle enough to warrant that if you don't be prepared to pay out the wazzo for shipping
