I ordered a custom, self-inking bank stamp with a GREEN housing. Well, lo and behold, when it arrived a week later, it had a BLACK housing on it!! Now, there is a particular reason for my needing the green housing (won't go into here). So, I took pictures of the item, along with screen shots of my order, and sent off a ticket to Zazzle. In less than 24 hours, I received an email reply, and was assured that the item would be re-sent to me at NO cost to me, and with a GREEN housing, as originally ordered. And sure enough...it arrived within six days! So I am VERY PLEASED with Zazzle, and how they were willing to rectify their error in order to make sure I am a satisfied customer! Thank you, Zazzle!!

The design tool helps to clear up adjust and fix a photo so it came out perfect! The stamp quality is extraordinary. I buy ALL my stamps from zazzle. I like customizing— I have return address ones with birthday-congrats-holiday themes. My friends and family always complement my envelopes! Highly recommend!!!

This product is amazing! It came exactly like the proof that was provided prior to purchasing, and the stamp does not leave any random marks or parts that don't get filled in with ink.

This embosser was quick and easy to design (they had so many styles to choose from) and came quickly too. I plan on embossing the envelopes of our wedding invitations and some cocktail napkins for the reception :)

We live in an over 55 condominium complex in New England. Each owner chose a name for their “Cottage”! These were perfect to display on our doors. We polyurethaned them and used double-sided tape to secure them to the doors. We get a lot of compliments.

This is quality metal vs options on Amazon and Etsy which were plastic handheld at a similar price. Definitely buying more plates :)

Excellent quality. Stamping is clear and sharp.

The stamp design is very cute. Easy to use. Sometimes the ink doesn’t stamp all that great , so I push harder and the design ink comes out very blotted. Once you can find the right pressure to put on the stamp it works perfectly.

The Wooden Box Sign is awesome! It turned out beautiful. It's light weight and durable. It's small like I wanted it. It will fit on a shelf perfectly or you could hang it on the wall.

It looks very good tho I have to learn how to clean it properly. The level of detail is excellent.
