The first time was poor print quality and faded on half, but they made it right the 2nd time around. Much better. I am happy with it for an anniversary gift for my parents 45th wedding anniversary. I paid $4 above the credit to get it shipped the fastest. It arrived on the 13th instead of the estimated 19th, so that was great because my party is the 16th. They created it in about a day and got it sent off to ship to me fast, so I was appreciative.

Printing quality much better the 2nd time. They gave me a credit to purchase a new one after the first one was noticeably lighter on the right half. They had me send a picture of it, but didn't make me ship it back thankfully. I am satisfied with the print quality being more vibrant as well on the 2nd run. Just make sure you center and place everything exactly how you want it, because they print it exactly how you submit it. You can move everything around and change fonts, etc. The edges of the plate make the words curve up with it, so center as best you can. It didn't really bother me much, but it is somewhat misleading online that the words curve with the plate shape/ridge so much. Maybe try smaller font that is centered in the middle of the plate.

The initial plate's printing was noticeably off-center. I followed the procedures of uploading a picture of the plate and explaining why I was dissatisfied. I asked for a replacement and inquired about any costs I might incur. I received a standard automated reply telling me someone would email me soon. The next email basically asked the same questions, so I had to resubmit the information. I needed the plate in time for a gift and felt the redundant information was unnecessary. I received a third email asking if I'd like a reprint or refund. Again, I submitted my request for a replacement and inquired about any costs - especially for shipping since I only had a few days before the anniversary party. I finally got an email confirming production of a new plate. It arrived on the day of the party. Everything worked out in the end, and my parents really loved the plate. I would recommend the product and hope that the error is a rare one from Zazzle. I do appreciate the efforts to right the order and will consider Zazzle again for personalized gifts.

The plate itself is good. Haven't really tested it's durability yet.

I've ordered about a dozen plates of my own design. I'll order one, and it will look great, I order a couple more, and they're off center. Sometimes bits of white edge showing.

Looked better in person, great color and printing was great, Very nice for the money.

I changed what the words said since it is a 50th Anniversary and was perfectly done. I actually ordered a picture ornament in the past and turned out perfect.

If you are familiar with the Murray clan, you'll recognize the castle behind Santa, as Blair Castle. I wish I could have found a picture that went all the way to the top but no matter, I loved how this came out! This has to be my favorite item from Zazzle so far. If I could have ordered the salad plates at the same time, I would have.

Just fine. I didn't understand why the note included says to not use sharp knives to cut things on fine porcelain but on the other hand, it says it's ok to eat food on the plate. We do cut our meat on our other porcelain plates without problems. I'll let you know how this one fares a bit later. Perhaps we'll start out with using just one of the three, to see what happens.

Very happy with the whole process of ordering and delivery. Plate was well packed and easily survived a trip half way around the world. We intend to hang the plate and by the look and feel of it, it will last a thousand years. A wonderful product.

Although we had a warning that the photo was a bit small and may be pixilated when printed the picture is amazing, very clear and with colours reproduced accurately and no sign of pixilation.

The plate itself is great and the small holes in the back make it very easy to hang. The holes do not interfere with its use as a platter or charger.

the colors were a bit off and the printing was slightly blurry. The design I used was a very crisp geometric design and the original art was quite clear. It was not a dealbreaker, and I would actually have given this printing 4.5 stars if that were an option.

I saw this plate and my eyes lit up. I thought it was perfect just the way it was designed. I did receive it before the scheduled date of which I am very grateful.

I received this plate yesterday 9/8 and when I first opened it up I was ecstatic. Then when I opened it this morning in better light, I was very disappointed. Somebody did not check their work before it was shipped. I don't know how it goes onto the plate but, if you blow up the picture, you can see the outside ring is there on the left and totally disappears on the right. It is very off and to me does not look right. I am not paying to return it and I still plan on giving it to my daughter and son-in-law for their Anniversary, of which I was late picking something out. I am one who always checks their work and I am very, very disappointed. I gave it an average because I really liked the design.

The item is much more beautiful than the photo. The lettering is elegant, and the colors vibrant. The workmanship is perfect and very lovely.

The plate was supposed to be black, but instead it was a dark/emerald like green which actually is looks 10-times better than the black I wanted. So it wasn't the right color, but it was right.

Family purchased this plate for our oldest sister's 75th Birthday. We had a party for her and presented the plate. She was surprised, overjoyed and thought it was the perfect gift. The plate came wrapped protected and on time. The price was very reasonable. Zazzle made us satisfied customers and we will return.

I ordered this plate as a test for an art project based on commemorative family photos. It came damaged, but the response from Zazzle.com was quick and effective and my replacement plate arrived very quickly. The plate itself is quite beautiful and I've just ordered another one. I give this product five stars because it is just as described online - very nice quality and a perfect reproduction of the file I sent. My only wish is that there was a matte finish option for this plate - if so, I would be thrilled. However I do recommend this product!

it is amazing. the colors are vibrant. high quality. the only thing i did not like is that on Zazzle, it is advertised that the plate will take 5 days before it can be shipped plus however many days for shipping. I payed for rush shipping thinking I will receive the plate in 7 days. However, I received the plate two days later. I wish that you remove this false statement so that the customers will not have to pay extra for no reason

Classy design with little blue and white flowers. Great quality. With holes (that are not visible when you used as plates) so you can hang on your kitchen wall.
