This came out Great! Perhaps a little smaller than i expected but that's okay. i guess i didn't read the dimensions maybe they can put those in a better spot but overall this is awesome.

I like the mug but the names are on only one side.

I need to request a new mug as the names are not on both back and front. I tried to call your customer service number several times but always unable to get through.

The product it's self is very nice quality. It's a good sturdy padfolio and I like the fact that it comes with pockets for my business cards and a notepad. The cover is stitched rather than glued and this is a plus in my eyes also.

The printing on this product is another story. It is VERY red. While there is a fair amount of red in my original artwork, it is not enough for it to have turned out the way it did. I had the same problem with a phone wallet from this Maker on a different artwork. I had hoped that that issue was a one off. It seems that it is a problem across all of their products. I will not be buying another product from this Maker.
