I ordered this for my great granddaughter. Everything was very easy from the selection and engraving to the shipping. It arrived when it was supposed to arrive and my granddaughter was really happy to receive this for her daughter.

The design was done nicely and was exactly what I wanted it to look like.

I don’t think there was any printing on this but if I don’t write something here it won’t count. The mug was Beautiful!

The theme I followed was spot on with The brushed blush metal. Adding a photo and script with a small emoji was opened with smiles . Quality and design came together.
