Beautiful but, smaller than expected for the price.

Perfect lettering was done beautifully

Product had excellent workmanship but was on a smaller scale than I expected.

Printing was good but was so small that you need a magnifying 🔎 glass to read it.

It made me cry when I first got it because I really miss my grandma Jean. I wear it all the time and never take it off.

Her picture turned out beautiful! The text is small that's because I ordered a small chain and necklace, but I can still see the "in loving memory of" and then her name below.

I'm actually still waiting on this...for almost a month!!!!!

I wish there was a customer service number or link. I didn't get my product. Tracking stopped "in transit" on the 3rd of June. No delivery information at all.

I have been looking for another tag for our pup since his last one was lost. This one is made much better and stronger than the first one we bought at a pet store. I do not think we will have the same experience with this one.

I bought this for my sister and it is not broken glass but A PICTURE OF BROKEN GLASS all on a plastic chain. The packaging it came in was nicer than the necklace itself.

Tag feels heavier and more durable than most tags. Dog had to get used to it clanging into water bowls from the weight. But overall satisfied with the way it turned out
