Bottom lettering lighter than upper. Could be darker.

I was honestly expecting the picture to be pixelated and messed up, but wow. When I opened it, it was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this website!!

Image is not as sharp as expected

I ordered this bracelet to actually be used to go around the base of my bouquet when I get married in April of 2016. My mother passed away in 2000 and since she will not be there with me, this allows her to still walk down the isle with me. It has a nice chain, if someone was to wear it as a bracelet they may want to consider changing the chain as it seems a bit cheap.

The print was a little darker than I had expected it to be. Because it is sort of small the darkness makes it image a little difficult to see.

I think it is awsome

The product itself was really cute, and our dog's name is Waffles, so it was perfect, but the tag fell apart within just a few months. Granted, our puppy plays pretty hard, but I was disappointed when it just fell off after such a short amount of time. Unfortunately, we couldn't reattach it.

I was very happy with the quality of the tie bars, my order included 2 tie bars. I put my dog's picture on it for my future hubbie and his best man to wear on our wedding day. Can't wait to see it on!

The picture quality was great but there is a white line on the right edge of each photo. I don't know why it printed out that way as I cropped the original photo. But nothing major. Still very happy with it.

Excellent quality for customized silver-plated charm bracelet. Everything is in proportion.

Color is good quality for photograph, most of the items ordered have featured artwork.

Dog tag is to small and where information is is much to small.This tag was all marked up and finish was not dull. I would not recommend this product. Price was much to high for this pet tag.
