This was a replacement item. The badges were very poor quality. The spotted editing lines were printed and the black editing line across the top printed and was cut messy. I have ordered many for our company and have never been disappointment until the past two orders. DO not recommend!

Never received my order

The quality of the products fell short of expectations. Unlike the thicker PVC plastic ordered previously was bendable, these products were thin ID badges. While the print quality was satisfactory, the plastic quality of the badges did not meet my standards.

The name Was wrong on the other side

Nice and Crystal Clear thick material everything turned out really nice except one very important thing. this badge is microscopic!!! The images you see on the website have been doctored to make the badges look bigger than they actually are. I waited so long to have this badge printed and delivered and now that I have it I am so so disappointed this thing is not the size of a badge this is the size of a credit card. It's easy to tell that this picture on the website has been manipulated comparing it against the lanyard. I wish they offered a badge that was the correct size maybe 5x7 or something the one I got now is completely useless

I had the same issue as the previous order; they came in with the bottom half in the color black instead of color Navy. I'm not sure what to do next. I hope this message gets to someone that can assist me with this. Thank you

I left 3 stars only because I feel the description was misleading, and ultimately, I have 40 badges I cannot use. Also, they do not come with lanyards, as pictured. So read all the fine print, because these are TINY!!!! It's my own fault, and I accept full responsibility for not taking out a tape measure. Just learn from my loss that these are "mini's" and not your average pass. Other than that, the color is fine, the quality a bit thin.

The print for this badge came out differently than the rest of the badges

I have been purchasing these ID for my students for 2 years they have always been a great deal and quality the last 3 orders have been horrible the quality of the badge is cheap flimsy and shipping was far longer than I have ever experienced In addition to the shipping was unacceptable

I just received this badge today. The color is black not navy blue. I ordered navy blue clearly as it looks in the picture. I am not happy with this purchase. I have been ordering from Zazzle for a very long time!

These are the WORST quality and I am really upset that I wasted any money on them. The wording on the ID is smudged/illegible, and the color variation is NOT what was shown on my computer screen. The ID is a very deep dark blue which almost looks black, so you cannot read any information on it. Also, terrible image print quality

The badge arrived not matching our brand colors and the image and font are blurry. We are utilizing just under 300 dpi so it tells me that the native design builder is what is not meeting standards. I would like a refund/credit and reorder.

The background for this ID badge is super dark instead of blue. It's nearly black. Not sure if this was intentional or an error!

This is the second one I ordered for a volunteer at our charity. You can identify who they are by looking at the picture and their name goes with a picture.

If you’re a charity and want ID cards for your volunteers, you can’t go wrong with Zazzle this is the third one I’ve had and I’m trying to encourage the rest of the volunteers to do the same for what it cost. It’s pennies. It’s good fantastic service would recommend to all charities.

The color of this badge was supposed to be navy blue, but it was mistakenly delivered in black. This issue applies not only to this badge but to all badges assigned to the Security Officer position. We had designated three distinct colors for the badges based on role: Red – for Owners Black – for the Management Team Navy Blue – for Security Officers Unfortunately, all badges were delivered in only two colors — Red and Black — with no Navy Blue badges included.

At the beginning they were thicker and every time I order more they come thinner and thinner, so what I am saying is that I liked the quality better at the beginning.

I ordered 2 orders of these vip cards. The first order was so good that I order more with different pictures on the back. Unfortunately, 2 were peeling pretty bad. I don’t have time to send back because my event is in 2 days. I will have to try to fix it myself. I wish this wasn’t happening 😕

we did get the badges. There was just a few areas that really did not stand out on the barge. The titles are really like somebody that have a bad eye cannot really see nothing evil the ticket Clothes look the email information on the website information the business name basically the things you put in the blue. It's really hard to read.

The quality of the printing and the materials has gone down over the years.
