We recently ordered staff badges from this company, but unfortunately the badges we received were not the same color as the design we originally submitted and approved. The color is also different from the badges we received from them in previous orders. This inconsistency is disappointing because it affects our standard identification format. We hope the company can review their quality control process and ensure that future orders match the approved design.

The company I am co-owner of, I don’t understand if I create my very own logo out gets kicked back? Everything else is great! Service, time and quality. I’m just reluctant. As owner, I don’t like everyone to know I’m always “the owner” so having a couple different badges is nice. When you’re the owner of a business, potential customers think you can move mountains. I designed all my logos on my own I really like the quality of their badges! I just wish there was a little more freedom

I have not received my order. It's been almost a month. I ordered ID badges and cards. I received my business cards within a week. These were separate orders, but ordered together.
