When I received the second product - it was as it should have been. The first one that I received did not fit my iphone and I sent a message it to Customer Service about it. I was asked which I preferred to do. I responded that I wanted one that fit and wished to return the one that did not. Your second mailing to me, fit just fine. I am returning the first one and expect that I will either g et a refund on that one or I was not charged for the second [one that fit] covert.

Great protective case. They have a large hole where the camera is. Many cases have this hole too small and gets in the way of the photograph. Not the case here, they designed it well for the iPhone 5. It slips easily in and out of my pocket.

Printing came out very well. The software they use for me to set up where I wanted the photo was great and very user friendly.

My daughter loves Abe Lincoln, and she loved this I-phone 5 case.

The graphics on the case were better than expected. It looked great!

The cover is exactly the right size and making this was easy. The picture came out perfect on the cover. One thing to note, it is glossy and therefore slippery so figure out if that works for you first.

The printing was perfect.

I really like how the image holds up with daily use. I have dropped my phone in this case many times and nothing bad happened.

The printing turns out the way it looked on computer , maybe a little better because it is in person.

I love my case.. I show it off as much as I can!! Pretty awesome to have a love one like my pet with me at all times. Lol.. The picture on the case came out really clear and sharp!! Again I absolutely LOVE it!!!

I purchased another design and didn't really satisfy with it. I contacted to customer service and got this case that is just a perfect mate for my iphone 5. I love this case so much, will check out more some cool stuff on this website.

I adore this case. I purchased it in the iPhone 4/4S case with the dark purple/plum background as seller depicts. I love it. It's super slim, fits perfectly and is adorable. Very happy with my purchase.

Very nice quality, straight, sharp image

Exactly as expected, the product is great quality. Arrived very quickly. My daughter is 11 and has been using it for several months now, it's held up well to her use (and abuse ;) ).

Really happy with the design. Print is beautiful bright bold, great saturation and just slightly darker than on screen. My daughter loves it, and we get lots of great comments on it. The photo attached appears a little darker around the edges than in real life because of the flash and lighting, but it's pretty close. My daughter is 11 and has been using it for several months now, it's held up well to her use (and abuse ;) ).

The graphic was printed perfectly, no complaints. Was exactly the colors I expected. The only down fall is that that case if very slippery. We bought it for my mom, she ended up putting another case around it, with rubber on the sides just so she had some grip.

Excellent quality, excellent product. A bit pricey but since the product was good I didn't mind. I checked the company through the BBB and they have an excellent rating. They should bring their prices down a bit as their sales numbers increase though

I thought it was really great it still is it turned out perfect and looks great. People see it and always ask who the little girl is, so then I tell them the story and some people learn what CF is. So thanks to this cover im getting more CF Awareness out.

it's perfect.....just about. The picture is a little bit dark but that is just the picture other wise its perfect you can see Caley (the little girl) perfectly.

Love this case. It fits great and it's so pretty. I like that I can customize it with my name. Almost everyone has an iPhone at work and I wanted mine to stand out. Or if I accidentally leave it in someone else's office, they know exactly whose it is and can return it to me without having to look through my pics to see who owns it.

I chose the design that they already had. The only thing I added was my name, so everything is just as it was pictured on the website. I love that I can customize the place where I can write my name!

I absolutely love this case and have gotten so many compliments on it. The colors are vivid, the case has protected my phone through it's many falls while not adding a lot of bulk to the phone either. Able to use headphone jack and USB connection very easily. Absolutely no complaints

Colors and images were both true to the preview I saw online.

I used a picture of my cousin and I when we were little to make an iPhone case. I was worried it would be blurry or wouldn't turn out right, because I had it shipped straight to her. However, when I visited her over Christmas it looked perfect! This is seriously one of the best gifts I've ever given her.

The product was just as it was described. Printing was exceptional. The product arrived on time and undamaged, and the gift was happily received :-) The rubber insulation is a little slippy. It hasn't given any trouble, but you always get the feeling that you need to make sure it's still on. Thank you

I will say it didn't have quite as much of the metal look as it does in the picture, but still beautifully done. And placement was right on, and that's a big thing for me, because I was in the printing business for 2 years.

Product was exactly what I wanted. It's pretty, functional, and makes the sound much better on the iphone.

I was pretty amazed when I received this case -- it snaps onto your phone and adds almost no bulk whatsoever. It's like I'm carrying a blue iphone... not an iphone with a blue cover. Although I was impressed with how trim my phone remained with the case in place, I was a little weary about how much protection it would actually provide. However, so far, in the 6 months that I've had it, I've been very pleased. It is hard plastic, so if your used to the rubber coated cases (like I was), you'll find it's actually really easy to let your phone slip off the sofa, or out from under your arm if you're using both hands momentarily... so I suppose that could be seen as a con, but my phone is still fine. No scratches, perfectly protected.

The printing is why I gave the product 4 stars overall. While the image I uploaded printed clearly, and the colors were accurate, it was the slightest bit off center. Not so much that I wanted to return it, but there just the same (to be fair, I'm a perfectionist re: graphic design, so I'm likely the only person who's ever noticed it.)
