I paid for express shipping that said it would be here on a specific day! After paying extra, then I see that it’s an estimated day! This was the one thing that I had made special for my daughter‘s party and y’all ruined it! So never again will I order from here because now I’m gonna get 20 shot glasses that are personalized in the mail from UPS after the party is over which doesn’t do me any good? $135 down the drain!

I am not sure if you offer any kind of return policy. I thought I was orderering stainless steel name tags but received plastic that is supposed to be metal.

These nametags faded only had few month. Wish there was better quality to guarantee image would not fade or scratch off for everyday wear.

The recipes sign was fantastic. I had guests bring or send cards later for a couples wedding shower. Grandmas and Great gradmas we’re included although no longer with us. It was appreciated. The sign was in the sage green colors of the wedding so it was perfect!
