Many of the items were not printed correctly. I tried to get a refund or reprinted correctly and I never got a response.

I havent recieve my package !

This was so disappointing to receive. I envisioned a beautiful navy blue folder with these little gold accents. Turns out it's more black than blue, and the logo and writing was simply printed in gold color. Far too expensive for what was received. Truthfully a little embarrassed to issue within company as the idea was very different..

I was pleased with the design process. Quite easy to navigate and edit once the basics were established. For a bespoke product, with a limited number ordered, I consider them to be good value. They arrived in good time. HOWEVER: the dimensions are NOT CORRECT! Grrrrr. This has me fuming. The dimensions given in the spiel for the can cooler are 7.62 cm D x 9.52 cm H (3" x 3.75"). Any sane person would asume the D would mean diameter. IT IS NOT! This measurement is for the product LAID FLAT. The actual DIAMETER is just over 6cm. Really, this has my blood boiling. The address is in Cork, Ireland. The clowns at Zazzle must be as thick as those goons at that rather infamous Irish company - Ryanair. Very misleading product description that is obviously intentional. It's like they're taking the piss - just like Ryanair do. Unbelievable! As a result, the coolers are very tight on the bottles they were intended for (as a gift). So tight, the fabric stretches and will obviously be less effective than unstretched fabric. They are almost unusable because of this. Complaint to follow as soon as I get the time.

Very poor quality unfortunately

Ordered 6 of these. While some of them turned out great, a few of them were cut unevenly and had a strange black shaded line near the top.

I've already sent a message about this with the photos. The entire order came damaged. This was a customzed order for my 5-star clients and I was supposed to ship them to a 5-star hotel in Los Angeles. Every single corner of the order was bent. Why? Because Zazzle did not package them correctly in a box with corner protection. Instead they were thrown in a soft envelope. I asked for a full REFUND as there is no time to return and replace. I have heard nothing yet

Why would the the back side of product have words included upside down? This looked sloppy.

We were very dissatisfied with the coozie/cooler products we received. Neither the front nor the back images printed were as I had designed. The height of these slim seltzer can coolers was 1” shorter than advertised. The seam allowances on the insides were so large, adding too much bulk, so all of the seltzer/slim cans we tried, would not fit in to the coolers. Our original order was July 1st, this defective order received July 15. We contacted them the next day with all of the quality issues, for these and the regular size coozies, requesting a refund. They asked for us to give them a second chance, and we were assured these issues could be remedied, and they would “escalate” our order, so we would receive the replacement order in a timely manner to arrive before our family reunion. The following week we were told once again that this had not yet been done, but that she would “escalate our order to the production department” so we would receive them on time. Fri, July 26th we still had not received the replacement order, so called CS to inquire about the status. We were told the order had not yet been started, but that it would be “escalated to the production department” and that we would have them Monday July 29th, Tuesday July 30th @ the very latest. This is now Weds August 7th and we still have not received the QA replacement order, the family reunion is long past, and all family members are back home…and without the traditional welcome gift the host family always gives each person. Just today we received an apology email “for the inconvenience” and gave us 3 options….the first being, you guessed it, she could “escalate our order to their production department” but could not give us an estimated delivery date. Of course we once again requested a full refund, as this company can not be trusted, and we will contact our credit card if we don’t see this refund within the next few days. This totally unacceptable customer service is so unbelievable as there are many other reputable companies out there. These coozies were not inexpensive; they were $7.40/coozie…on sale. Do not order from Zazzle, Inc…you will be sorely disappointed.

The product is fine

The printing did not look good at all very faded. Very dissatisfied. I sent a high quality image and did not receive it

I recently purchased this can cooler, and while I was initially excited about the design, I am quite disappointed with the print quality. The front and back look fine, but the bottom text has a glaring issue. There is a noticeable white space running through the middle of the words. I expected better quality, especially given the price. This is quite a letdown.
