Excellent overall product. Would have liked to start from a blue shirt but that color was out of stock.

I had my doubts about designing the cap myself, but the gift recipient was as pleased with the results as I was myself.

The color was slightly different than I had ordered previously, but maybe that was because I had a different hat. It was still lovely though, and my friend loved it.

The embroidery looks fine and has a professional look. The cap is a bit lighter in color than the photo above but so many of my caps are black or navy that this is a change that is growing on me.

The hat has a very long and high brim. Definitely made for a guy. The material is heavy but this make the cap stiff and boxy looking. Definitely not the feminine baseball cap I normally wear.

I was so pleased with the quality of the hats! Really well made, nice touches found in high-end merchandise. All-round top quality work, from the perfectly stitched eyelets, meticulously even stitchery, to the brass buckle and grommet in the back to tuck the adjustable strap into -- little things that are not necessarily noticed, but which add up to a truly first-class item.

The embroidery was just what I hoped ... the size was perfect for the hat, no loose ends, easy to read, neatly done ... I'm very, very pleased, indeed!

The cap is of acceptable quality. The inner band is creased but will hopefully flatten out and not leave a mark on my head. The embroidery is of high quality but the letters are not a bright as in the photo. However, I like that look better.

Great quality hat! I have bought this hat in the past and use them all the time.

I created the embroidery on the back of the hats and received the hats (ordered 2) with the embroidery on the front. Called customer service received a replacement, still wrong placement and only received one replacement. Not happy as these hats are for a trade show in 7 days from now.

Everyone I have presented this hat to loves it. They often exclaim what a nice hat it is and after several years of use, some have asked for a new one. I like that they actually get worn a lot. That is a good test of how well the owner likes it.

There were some initial problems with miscommunications on the part of the manufacturer but once the Zazzle team was made aware of the oversights, they couldn't have been more helpful and honest in correcting the mistakes.
