Now, I don't have this special gift for my daughter's graduation - I planned to attach a car key to it. Now, the whole thing was RUINED. DO NOT PROMISE A DELIVERY DATE IF YOU CAN'T LIVE UP TO IT and it's especially lame if you charge extra for expedited shipping and still don't deliver when promised!!! UNACCEPTABLE!
