The keychain pictures look very pretty. It came out exactly how I wanted it. And item was delivered on time.

Excellent quality, affordable, and fast shipping

Firstly this UK website is not based in the UK. Customer services is based in Ireland but my order was shipped from America. If I knew this, I'd have bought my Xmas gift from a local shop in England. Customer services take ages to respond, and the so called promise of 'If you're not happy we will refund you' is pointless, because you need to pay for shipping to return the item to get a refund. I paid a £7 for shipping when the mouse mat was over £10 So why would I then pay another £7 just to return the unsatisfactory item. Total shipping will cost more than the value of the product. I have uploaded a photo to show a comparison of the item preview and the product I recieved. It appears the inks were running low, as the images were very dull and faded. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer care in these circumstances. I would not recommend this company, nor shop here again. I'll just have to cut my losses.

The item was lovely but bigger than I thought it would be. However, my friend loved it. Wasn't quite sure how to attach the cord....I kind of thought it would arrive corded but we will figure it out.
