If you train, and train right, those weights you lift reach right down and touch your genes. There are, at last count more than 70 genes that contribute to physical performance. And guess what, we all have them - ACTN3, dystrophin, IGF-1, ACE and more - so we all have the blueprint for strength. Getting your training right is the trick. Being a slacker pretty much keeps tons of those handy genes turned off. I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
