    This notebook focuses on the repeating arches of Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in Muscat. The mosque was commissioned by Sultan Qaboos and inaugurated in 2001 after more than six years of construction. Beyond its main prayer hall, the complex is known for long arcades, carved stone details and carefully ordered courtyards that turn circulation spaces into a major part of its contemporary Islamic design.
