"let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me" - opening lines to the enduring and universal song "Let There Be Peace on Earth" by Jill Jackson-Miller and Sy Miller (1955) Peace starts here, with the person in the mirror. Let's make it our prayer/intention today that peace starts with us, in our own hearts. This special edition postcard was designed with the Ukrainian crisis in mind. The yellow sunflowers and blue sky represent both Ukraine's national flag and national flower, as well as universal peace. ALL profits from sales of this postcard will be forwarded to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) in aid of their Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal - to help DEC charities provide food, water, shelter and healthcare directly to Ukrainian refugees and displaced families. THANK YOU so much for your support for this humble fundraiser. Every penny helps! Slava Ukraini!
